The Alliance Owners of Public Transport, AOPT is not happy with operators who impede the flow of traffic at the junction of John Beckles Drive and River Road in The City.
Director of Public Communications and Public Affairs, Mark Haynes called out the act reminding that the route is used by ambulances on a daily basis.
He says such reckless acts can impact on patients en route to the QEH.
Operators have been reminded the safety of commuters is paramount.
Mr. Haynes wants operators to drive their vehicles with due care at all times.
He says the playing of lewd music, blocking of roads and the use of profanity are offensive and highly reprehensible.
Mr. Haynes further urged owners of PSVs to take more responsibility for their investments.
