This strong response from Minister of Agriculture and Food Security Indar Weir who’s calling on opposition leader Ralph Thorne to produce the evidence.
Thorne made the charge about the food crisis during a contribution to a debate in Parliament last week.

However, Mr. Weir tells CBC News Mr. Thorne’s claim is extreme, and notes the United States of America has been experiencing milk supply issues, while Brazil has in the past.
