90% of fishing vessels affected by Hurricane Beryl uninsured

90% of the fishing boats affected by Hurricane Beryl are uninsured – which has consequences for the Government.

This is according to Minister of Home Affairs and Information Wilfred Abrahams.

He was delivering a Ministerial Statement in the House of Assembly following the passing of the weather system on July 1.
