A 20-year-old man is dead following a shooting late Wednesday night, in Belleplaine, St. Andrew.
Police say the incident was reported to Operations Control around 11:45.
The body of the deceased was discovered on a pasture in the area.
Police say this is the 17th homicide recorded for 2024.
Investigations are ongoing.
