Donald Trump has been sworn in today as the 47th President of the United States, marking a political comeback.
The inauguration took place indoors due to dangerously cold temperatures projected in the nation’s capital.
Trump was sworn in at the Capitol Rotunda by Chief Justice John Roberts.
He is expected to sign a slew of executive actions, including kicking off a process to end birthright citizenship and declaring a national emergency on the US-Mexico border, according to incoming White House officials.
