NASSAU, Bahamas, CMC – The authorities are yet to identify the two charred bodies found in the wreckage of a plane that crashed on Ragged Island on Sunday.
The crash occurred east of Duncan Town Airport and the police said they were notified of the crash shortly before 5,00 am (local time).
Officers, including personnel from the Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF), Operation Bahamas and Turks and Caicos and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), responded and found the twin engine plane engulfed in flames and destroyed.
No other details have been made available as yet.
