Mixologists exchanging ideas and techniques

Mixologists from Europe and the UK are sharing ideas and techniques with their counterparts in Barbados.

It is the first of a series of workshops aimed at raising the standard of the industry.

Rummelier at the West Indies Rum Distillery and 2022-23 Mixology title winner Dameain Williams has been explaining the benefits to participants.

Mr. Williams says the hospitality industry stands to benefit from the series of workshops.
