CAF setting up regional office in Barbados

The relationship between the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) and Barbados is moving to the next level.

The bank is setting up a regional office in Barbados later this year.

This is according to Minister in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs Ryan Straughn as the two entities celebrate the tenth anniversary of their partnership.

The Minister says the ten years have been challenging, but a fulfilling year for both Barbados and its citizens.

The bank’s Regional Manager Dr. Stacy Richards-Kennedy has called it an important occasion and a milestone for Barbados.
