BCEN satisfied with CBB’s market conduct guidelines

The Barbados Consumer Empowerment Network (BCEN) is satisfied with the Central Bank of Barbados’ launch of the Mandatory Market Conduct Guidance for Commercial Banks and Finance Companies.

And Executive Director Maureen Holder hopes the guidelines will help consumers understand how to go about their business and become less frustrated with the commercial banks.

She was speaking following the launch in the Central Bank’s Grand Salle.
