Sharon and St Paul's will go into the Pine Hill NAPSAC finals in the lead of the girls and boys sections respectively after Wednesday's semifinals at the Usain Bolt Complex.
From the lone finals - the open high jumps - Sharon lead the girls with 10 points, ahead of Bay Primary on 8, while both Bayley's and Charles F. Broome are 3rd on 5.5.
Then in the boys, St Paul's also have 10, St Jude’s are 2nd on 8, Luther Thorne 3rd on 6 and All Saints fourth on 5.
There were two records broken in semifinal action.
Christian Harding of George Lamming set a new mark in the under 7 boys standing broad jump with a lead of 1.72 metres, beating the old mark by one centimetre.
Then in the under 9 girls 150 meters, Krisanne Jones of St John Primary was clocked at 22.13 seconds to smash the old record of 22.64.
There were new marks in the 100 metres.
