After being dormant for close to four years, the Barbados Association of Journalists is back.
The first meeting was held last Sunday to elect an interim committee.
The interim president is Amanda Lynch Foster.
She says increasing membership, facilitating training, and modifying the group's name to become the Barbados Association of Media Workers are among some of the ideas on the table.
The BAj's interim president says the group intends to use technology to facilitate meetings.
