Rihanna's father Ronald Fenty is allegedly facing a lawsuit for pretending to represent the singer, three months after the star took legal action over him using the family name to promote his business.
According to TMZ, Harvey Justice - also known as Chef Henny - is threatening to sue Ronald, 65, claiming the singer's dad told him multiple times he represented Rihanna, 31.
Harvey's attorney Alex Spiro is said to have written a legal letter to Ronald, in which he makes the false representation claims.
The social media star, known on Youtube for his parody cooking videos with Hennessy, also claims Ronald told him the Umbrella hitmaker plays a central role in his company.
Harvey also alleges when he signed with Ronald in April 2018, he was promised a $750k marketing budget but has reportedly only received $50k.
He also claims that when he enquired about the rest of the money, Ronald reportedly told him it was being held up by a South American investor.
It was also claimed the chef wants what he was promised and additional damages or he will take the matter further.
MailOnline has contacted Rihanna's representatives for comment.
This comes three months after Rihanna sued the Barbadian for using the family name to promote his venture, Fenty Entertainment.
In legal papers first obtained by The Blast in January, the singer, born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, alleged Ronald is seeking to profit from her fame, and that along with a business partner, Moses Perkins, he has been soliciting business by falsely acting as her agent.
Despite having no authority to act on his daughter's behalf, Ronald is said to have booked her on a $15million tour in Latin America and two concerts, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for $400,000.
Rihanna asked for damages from her father, and an injunction on his business, set up in 2017.
Rihanna has a business of her own named Fenty Beauty, which produces make-up and facial products.
While Rihanna is taking legal action against her father, the two remain in contact.
Although he and her mother Monica divorced when Rihanna was 14 he has remained close to his daughter and her brothers Rorrey and Rajad.
They were last seen publicly together in November 2018, when they celebrated her maternal grandfather Lionel Braithwaite's 90th birthday at a Bridgetown nightclub in Barbados.
Rihanna posted selfies with her dad to social media.
And last summer she shared pictures with dad Ronald and her mom, as all three caught up during a trip back to her native Barbados.
However, Rihanna's relationship with her father is often bumpy.
Ronald has battled addiction to crack cocaine in the past and has long been a heavy drinker.
Rihanna told Oprah that as a child she witnessed her father physically abuse her mother, once breaking her nose.
Then in 2008 Ronald was sent home from her North American tour following his drunken behavior on her tour bus.
Ronald has said that Rihanna then froze him out for two years before they reconciled.
In 2013 the singer quietly put Ronald through a $58,000 Malibu rehab program to save him from jail after he was arrested during a visit to California.
But in in 2014 Ronald was thrown out of her Diamond Ball after embarrassing his daughter by getting drunk and falling over on the red carpet.
He left California without seeing his daughter on that trip, although the two later reconciled once more.
