Police are probing a two vehicle collision which has left three people seriously injured.
Lawmen say police from District 'C' Police Station responded to an Accident along Carrington Road, St. Philip on Monday around half past one.
Police say one car was driven by 89 year old Galvin King of Apple Hall, St. Philip whilst the other was driven by 38 year old Damian Best of Lowthers Hill, Christ Church.
Both vehicles were travelling along the said road in opposing directions when they became involved in a head on collision.
One fire tender and 5 personnel responded from the Barbados Fire Service and used the Jaws Of Life to extricate Mr. Gavin King from his vehicle.
Both drivers complained of injuries to their heads, necks, back and feet.
Verenda King was the front seat passenger of one of the vehicles.
She complained of pain and injuries to her chest, neck, and feet.
All three persons were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by two ambulances which responded to the scene.
