Efforts to promote greater use of breadfruit

Efforts are being stepped up to promote greater use of breadfruit to reduce wheat imports and help control non-communicable diseases.

This was a major talking point at the culture of cuisine talks held at Hunter Spring last night as part of the Barbados Food and Rum Festival.
