The Department of Emergency Management wants Barbados to integrate disaster risk management in the island’s education sector.
Director Kerry Hinds says this can only be achieved through partnerships and collaboration.
She was speaking at the “Engaging Youth in Disaster Risk Management” forum at the LESC.
