Injured student treated & discharged from polyclinic

The student who had been injured during an altercation at the Alexandra School has been discharged from Maurice Byer Polyclinic where they were being treated.

The school will reopen tomorrow for Founders’ Week with a service to mark its 130^th anniversary.

A release from the Ministry of Education states counsellors will be on hand to provide conselling services for those who require it.

The Ministry says it will continue to provide the necessary support and security needed for the smooth functioning of the school.
