The 4H Foundation, which has served Barbados for over 60 years with a longstanding commitment to empowering young people through skills development, is now set on expanding its reach across the island.
Speaking with CBC News following a leadership symposium for executive members, Vice Chairman of the Foundation, Dr. Roxanne Waithe said the organisation remains steadfast in its dedication to community service and collaboration with key stakeholders and aims to foster a new generation of productive and community-minded citizens.
In addition to expanding its reach across communities, the 4H Foundation also intends to widen their scope of focus beyond food and agriculture to include science, technology and engineering.
