The public service vehicle operator charged with driving his van in a manner that caused public outcry will reappear in court on October 2.
42-year-old Corey Simmons of #60 Prior Park, St. James has been charged with Driving Other Than On the Left, Driving Without Due Care and Attention and Driving Without Reasonable Consideration For Other Persons Using the Road.
He was captured overtaking a number of vehicles, including another PSV, along Lower Collymore Rock, St. Michael.
He appeared before Magistrate Allison Burke in the District “A” Traffic Court this morning, where he pleaded not guilty.
He was represented by attorney-at-law Kenny Best.
