The Barbados Police Service Major Crime Unit and District ‘D’ Police Station personnel have arrested and formally charged Reshawn Damar Phillips, 27 years, of Bonwell Road, St. Joseph, for “Dishonestly Assisted in the Disposal – of a motor car”.
He is one of two people facing the charge, the other being Sherwin Leroy Forde, 29 years old, of Bailey Alley, Redland, St. George.
Phillips is also facing several other charges. The full list of charges are:
*Dishonestly Assisted in the Disposal – of a motor car valued at $19,000.00 Barbados Currency, belonging to Richard Haddock between August 25, 2024 and September 1, 2024.
*On Saturday, September 7, 2024 –
•No driver’s license
•No insurance coverage
•Failing to register the motor vehicle
•Failing to report an accident
•No front registration number plate
•No rear registration number plate
Phillips is scheduled to appear before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘F’ Magistrate’s Court today, Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
