Members of the Barbados team competing at the 47th WorldSkills competition in Lyon are headed to France.
Team leader Sarah Gilkes-Daniel says they have high hopes of bringing home hardware.
She was speaking to CBC News at the Grantley Adams International Airport ahead of the team’s departure.
The competition runs from September 10th to 15th.
Hollyann Bayley, who will be competing in car painting, says she is excited to represent Barbados internationally.
