The Barbados Bottling Company is steadfast in its mission to be a zero waste management company in the region.
The United Nations Environment Programme has lauded the efforts, but it says more needs to be done throughout the Caribbean to reduce the amount of waste produced.
A team from the UNEP had a first look at the BBC factory today as part of a Zero Waste in the Caribbean Project Partners tour.
