As Barbados takes steps towards refurbishing its schools, it will be implementing elements of models presented by the finalists in the Modern School Infrastructure Design Competition.
The finalists were announced after submitting their designs for nursery, primary, secondary and special needs schools.
Minister of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, Kay McConney says they have helped re-imagine what schools in the 21st century could look like.
