The West Indies under-19s are now tied with the United States under-19s in their women’s T20 International Series, after winning game two today at the Sir Frank Worrell Memorial ground in Trinidad.
USA’s under-19 women won the toss, and were bowled out for 65 in 18.1 overs.
Left-arm medium pacer Selena Ross took 2 for 8.
Windies under-19 women responded with 69 for 2 from 13.3 overs to win by eight wickets.
Naijanni Cumberbatch topscored with 26 not out including 2-fours and a six.
Game three is set for Wednesday.
