Some boat owners are still waiting for their damaged or sunken vessels to be pulled out of the waters at the Bridgetown Fisheries Complex.
Even more are waiting to be told how much it will cost to repair their vessels.
The process of removing boats has been slow as there is no haul out facility and only one cradle available since the closure of the Shallow Draught two years ago.
However, one of Barbados’ leading boat builders and fibre glass experts Malcolm Thompson says they need not worry.
Rachelle Agard caught up with Mr. Thompson at the Bridgetown Fisheries Complex today and filed this report.
