Farms across Barbados have not been impacted by the passing of Hurricane Beryl.
Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Agricultural Society (BAS), James Paul tells CBC News that he is yet to receive any negative reports from farmers following the passage of the weather system.
With forecasters predicting an active 2024 Atlantic hurricane season which has only just begun, Mr. Paul is encouraging farmers to do what is necessary to improve and protect their infrastructure.
