Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is reminding Barbadians they have a duty to host the world on Saturday when the final ICC Men’s T20 World Cup match is held at the Mecca.
This despite the West Indies failing to reach the semi-finals.
Prime Minister Mottley says now is the time to show why Barbados has the highest repeat visitor factor in the world.
She is therefore calling on Barbadians to wear their national colours on Friday which has been declared Flag Day.
In addition to welcoming the visitors coming to the island for the finals, Ms. Mottley is also appealing to Barbadians to keep the surroundings clean.
