The Caribbean Examinations Council has reversed its decision to suspend a number of subjects.
The decision has come after a meeting today with Ministers of Education from across the region.
The CXC says it will continue to offer syllabuses for Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) Green Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology.
Additionally, it will continue to offer Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) Agricultural Science (double award) and Industrial Technology – the Mechanical Engineering option.
Registrar and CEO Dr. Wayne Wesley made the announcement at a press conference.
He says CXC is rolling out modern technology and science syllabuses.
