Investigations are ongoing into a shooting incident in Windward, St. Philip, which left a man nursing gunshot injuries.
Police say the incident, which occurred about 4:30 a.m on Friday, October 20, 2023, happened in the area of King George V Memorial Park.
Investigations reveal that while walking in the area, the victim was approached by a male who shot him and ran away.
The injured ran to Congo Road, where he received assistance and was subsequently transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.
