Special nursing courses

Health Minister Donville Inniss says more emphasis is being placed on specialty training for nurses.
He says it will include areas such as gerontology, pediatrics, forensic nursing and diabetes.
Mr. Inniss says there are plans to start a nursing course in gerontology in September.
Speaking at a Barbados Nurses Association seminar at the Savannah Hotel the minister said St. Philip polyclinic will be renamed.
