Despite predictions for a normal 2018 Atlantic hurricane season, the acting director of the Barbados Meteorological Services is urging Barbadians not to become complacent.
Clermont Williams says recently revised international predictions indicate the possibility of thirteen named storms, six hurricanes and two major hurricanes forming.
However, he stresses this is no reason to relax.
