Barbados ended with 39 medals comprising of 12 gold, 16 silver and 11 bronze at the end of four days of grueling competition of the Carifta swimming championships at the Betty Kelly-Kenning Complex in the Bahamas.
In final session Tuesday evening, Nkosi Dunwoody would add his 5th gold for the meet in the 100 metre breast stroke in one minute 9:98 seconds.
Then in the 200 back stroke, the 13-14 duo of Danielle Titus and Tristan Pragnell would sweep gold for Barbados.
Titus' time was two minutes 26.66 seconds while Pragnell stopped the clock at 2 minutes 18.49.
Earlier, the 200 individual medley was another event dominated by Titus.
Meanwhile Dunwoody set a new national age group record in the 50 metre breast stroke with a time of 31.04 seconds.
Earlier in the morning the 5km open water event was held at the Long Wharf beach.
Representing Barbados was Danielle Clarke, Eric Lashley, Noah Kirby and Rebecca Lashley.
