Viewers of CBC TV8 will join millions of viewers around the world in experiencing the 2018 Hero Caribbean Premier League.
The T20 competition which bowls off Wednesday night, will be aired by India's Star Sports, who are also the broadcasters of the Indian Premier League.
The opening fixture will feature the defending champion’s Trinbago Knight Riders against St Lucia Stars at Queen's Park Oval Trinidad.
The Knight Riders have a strong team this year, boasting the likes of Dwyane Bravo, Sunil Narine and Brendon Mccullum, while the Stars will feature big names like former Barbados Tridents skipper Kieron Pollard, Lendl Simmons and Kesrick Williams.
The other competing teams are the Tridents, Guyana Amazon Warriors, St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots, and Jamaica Tallawahs.
Some of the international talent turning out for these various franchises includes David Warner, Steve Smith, Chris Lynn and Shoaib Malik.
This year's tournament runs until September 16th.
CBC TV8 will have live coverage of all away games, while the Tridents' home matches will be aired on MCTV's pay per view.
The opening match will start at 8 o'clock.
