The Hilton Barbados has a new general manager.
The Hilton has announced the appointment of Tammy LeBlanc as to head up the 355-room resort.
Ms LeBlanc joins Hilton's Caribbean team from Canada, where she was general manager of the 571-room Hilton Quebec.
During her two and a half years in Quebec, she was a driving force in establishing a hotel culture built on trust.
With a hospitality career spanning more than 20 years, Ms LeBlanc has led a successful career with Hilton.
Under her leadership at Hilton Toronto Airport, the hotel was transformed with over seven million dollars in projects.
She also led her team to improve market share, customer service and team member engagement.
