A St James man held with on gun, ammunition and drugs charges will know his fate when he appears in the Holetown Magistrate's Court.
Nikolas Ishmael Raheem Hall of Number One, Halls Village, St. James was held on Monday by members of the anti-gun unit who were on duty along Husbands Road, St. James.
Police say that when they encountered the 21-year-old, who was the pillion rider on a motor cycle, without a helmet, he jumped from the cycle and ran away.
He was pursued and held.
A subsequent search revealed a firearm, six rounds of ammunition, and 28 grams of cannabis in his possession.
