A larger contingent of entrepreneurs from the Caribbean is coming for the second Caribbean Startup Summit.
The event, organised by the non profit organisation, Ten Habitat is designed to provide hands-on learning and interactive experience for entrepreneurs.
The summit which has attracted speakers from Canada, the United States, England, Africa and the Caribbean is slated to come off on April 27th and 28th at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford center.
Executive director of Ten Habitat, Selwyn Cambridge says the event has been broken down into three focal areas which cover the critical stages businesses must go through in order to experience some form of success.
The Barbados Public Workers Cooperative Credit Union Limited is supporting the initiative once again this year - this time as a title sponsor.
Branch operations officer, Harriett Franklin says the credit union recognised the importance of entrepreneurship and is playing a part in developing entrepreneurs.
