It's back to the high court today for the embattled governor of the Central Bank of Barbados, Dr Delisle Worrel, who is facing dismissal.
An injunction was secured before Justice Randall Worrell over the weekend against the Ministry of Finance to keep his job.
Dr Worrell is being represented by attorney at law, Gregory Nicholls and the Ministry of Finance by the solicitor general.
Reports suggests that pressure is mounting on Dr Worrell, who was appointed for a second five-year term in October 2014 to either step down or be fired.
It's understood that fellow colleagues on the board of the Central Bank verbally communicated their dissatisfaction in a formal meeting with the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs.
