Gervase Desmond Payne, age 66, affectionately known as “Pinky or Jarvis”, of #1 Farmer’s Terrace, St. Thomas formerly of Cave Hill, St. Michael - former employee of C.O. Williams Construction Company, Husband of Doris Payne, Father of Sharon, Julius, Shonita and Jason Payne, Grandfather of Sajida, Sadiyq, Shaniah, Saddio and Shamari Payne, Brother of Wendy Haynes, Alphonso Payne, the late Anita, Whilma and Caswell Payne, Uncle of Deborah, Alfred, Samuel, Stacy and eight others, Son-in-law of Sheila and Beresford Small, Brother-in-law of Joycelyn Rock and six others, Relative of Vita and Michael Headley, Muriel Burke and Mavis Yearwood, Friend of Janice Clement, Owen Rollins, C. O. Williams Staff and many others.

The funeral of Gervase Desmond Payne leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort St. Lucy, on Friday, December 8th at 1:30 p.m. for St. Thomas Parish Church, Arch Hall, St. Thomas, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:30 p.m. for the Service of Thanksgiving and the Interment.

The organist and choir are asked to attend.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort St. Lucy from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday to reflect the memories of Gervase Desmond Payne.
