Marcia Antoinette Alleyne, age 68, affectionately known as “Wendy”, of Block 13E, Wotton, Christ Church and formerly of Mount Hillaby, St. Thomas, faithful Worshiper of the Salvation Army Corps, Wotton, Christ Church, Mother of Derrick Maynard of Café Sol, Stacey Lokey of Bridgetown Port Taxi Co-Operative Society Limited, Ondré Alleyne of Innogen Technologies Incorporated and Shane Alleyne, Sister of Merville Maynard, Lorraine Dash-Alleyne, Trevor and the late Anderson Alleyne, Grandmother of Chris-Ann Drakes, Melissa Yearwood, Joshua Maynard, Alessandro, Ariann and Ta’shane Alleyne, Xavier Lokey and the late Ajay Smith, Great Grandmother of Ajani Mason and Jaiden Smith, Niece of Elma Alleyne and Eustella Bryan, Aunt of Paul “Ian” Maynard and many others, Mother-in-law of Sandra Maynard, Shaunette Alleyne and Adrian Lokey, Cousin of Betty Alleyne and many others, Relative of the Alleyne, Dash and Watson families, Friend of Winston Niles, Sandra Hackett, Melanie Shepherd and many others..


A Service of thanksgiving celebrating the life of Marcia Antoinette Alleyne will take place on Monday, July 02nd, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Cane Vale Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Cane Vale, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet. The cortege will then proceed to the Christ Church Cemetery for the interment.

Flowers may be delivered to St. George's Home for Funerals no later than 10:30 a.m. on Monday.

Mourning colours are optional however, green is the preferred colour.

A special collection will be taken for the Church’s Community Service Fund.
