A study conducted by the National Initiative for Service Excellence, NISE has found that though Barbadians enjoy their work, they are not satisfied with a number of areas.
Among those identified by chief executive officer, Kim Tudor from the 2016 study, were opportunities for development, remuneration and working conditions.
According to Ms Tudor, these matters have to be addressed.
