A pathologist in Trinidad and Tobago has described the murder of a 21-year-old security guard as a homicide "committed with brutality", after confirming that the woman had been stabbed at least 50 times.
Forensic pathologist Dr Valery Alexandrov, who performed an autopsy on Christine Joseph, said her body bore multiple stab wounds, mainly on her upper body.
Her throat was slit from ear to ear, with the wound extending to the back of her neck
Joseph was discovered dead in the home of her estranged boyfriend, 31-year-old Keyon Roberts on Monday.
Roberts' body was found burnt outside the house.
